I’ve created this blog to give you focus and wisdom on how to intentionally launch your children into the world with the life skills that they need.
We will cover things like life skills, money management, how to get that first job, learning about driving and car maintenance.
I will teach how to create your own trifecta to make your student look great in the eyes of the college admissions counselor.
We will focus on the transcript, resume, and standardized test score. Excelling in these three areas will help your student stand out in a crowd. Here on this site, you’ll learn how to make it happen.
I will show you how to research colleges that fit your exact needs and wants.
This will help you limit your college applications to the ones just right for you.
And, I will give you focus and guidance for keeping your priorities straight when raising adults who can go out and change the world in their areas of influence. God has given you a precious gift in your children. Your job is to help guide and shape them into vessels He can use with their own particular gifts, strengths, and talents. You may face some disappointment along the way, but He has a perfect plan for them.
A Little About Me….
Michelle Newbold has been married for 25 years to her best friend, Craig. They have four kids whom they have been homeschooling from almost the beginning. They are active in their local church and in Classical Conversations where Michelle is a Challenge III Director at two locations. They are looking forward to sending their kids out as influencers in this world. You can find them often on the lake, working on their wakeboarding & boat driving skills.
